Сложные случаи в отохирургии. Хирургическое лечение распространенных параганглиом височной кости

В статье описаны сложные клинические случаи, которые могут встретиться в практике отохирурга. Сложность заключается в том, что отсутствует четкий алгоритм тактики хирургического лечения, как поступать в той или иной ситуации. К трудным случаям в отохирургии, бесспорно можно отнести распространенные параганглиомы височных костей с поражением жизненно важных структур латерального основания черепа.
