Allogenic MSCs isolated from adipose tissue in dogs had fibroblast-like morphology and retain it throughout cell cultivation. In the process of osteogenicdifferentiation a change in cell shape from a spindle to cuboidal common to osteoblasts was observed. Von Kossa reaction revealed the presence of significant mineral deposits in the MSCsculture subjected to osteogenic differentiation. MSCsculturing in chondrogenic medium stimulated the formation of compacted spherical structures typical for cartilaginous tissue cells, which are intensively stained by AlcianBlue. The result of surgery performed was complete closure of the oroantralfistula in a dog.
Allogenic mesenchymal cells, stromal cells, powdered niti, guided bone regeneration, plastic oroantral fistula
