Office discipline in the municipal service: issues of theory and practice

In this article, the author lists theoretically significant aspects of the content of the service discipline of a municipal employee; compares the duties and prohibitions associated with the municipal service, established by Federal and regional laws; the reasons for the violation of official discipline in the municipal service of Russia are determined; a proposal is drawn up to include in the employment agreement (contract) of a municipal employee all obligations and prohibitions established by federal laws in order to prevent violations of official discipline.
