Every business organization is affiliated with special interest groups (stakeholders) motivated in gaining variable benefits from the organization itself. The owners expect dividends, the company’s creditors - interests on the invested capital, the company’s employees - stable employment with consistent ability to get regular and adequate wages, the state and municipalities expect revenues in the form of paid taxes. Any company is expected to meet the needs and wishes of its stakeholders. Therefore, it is logical to assume that the company or rather its individual groups of stakeholders in their pursuit to meet their business needs and expectations act as the main reason for the company’s existence. Meeting the needs and wishes of the stakeholders is presented as the main mission (mission) of the company. In that case the owners of the company (in some cases, managers) should clarify the company’s vision, which is based on determining the facts instrumental in the company’s successful performance. The article offers an unusual set of standard tools, such as SMART, SWOT analysis, and Gantt charts for business management.
