Smenovekhovtsy about Oswald Spengler

Smenovekhovism is one of the most exotic ideological movements of the Russian emigration. In addition to the famous collection “Smena vekh”, the smenavekhites published a magazine of the same name and the newspaper “Nakanune”. In them they expressed their socio-political and philosophical views. Of particular interest is their position in relation to the “Decline of Europe” by O. Spengler and his philosophical concept. The right-wing smenovekhite N. V. Ustryalov responded to the philosophy of spenglerism. The philosophy of O. Spengler was analyzed on the pages of the Berlin newspaper “Nakanune”.
