Введение. Смешанные эпителиальные и стромальные опухоли (СЭИСО) почек являются редкими новообразованиями и наряду с кистозной нефромой взрослых объединяются в одну группу, именуемую смешанными эпителиальными и стромальными опухолями (классификация новообразований почек Всемирной организации здравоохранения, 2022 год). Клинически и рентгенологически они имитируют другие кистозные новообразования почек, из-за чего окончательный диагноз требует проведения патоморфологического и иммуногистохимического исследования. Несмотря на доброкачественное течение, СЭИСО могут подвергаться малигнизации; также задокументированы единичные случаи рецидивов. Клинический случай. Пациенту X., 65 лет, выполнена робот-ассистированная парциальная нефрэктомия слева по поводу кистозных образований левой почки с гиперваскулярным мягкотканным компонентом вдоль медиальной полуокружности одной из кист. По данным гистолологического исследования была диагностирована СЭИСО левой почки в сочетании с онкоцитомой.
