This study explores the potential for applying the core postulates of the textocracy concept to the management of supply and demand in the promotion of services within the tourism market. It explains the fundamental methodological and theoretical aspects of textocracy as a promising framework for transforming contemporary promotional tools. The paper reveals the changes occurring in the tourism services promotion system, illustrated by a specific case study and examined from the perspective of theoretical discourse. It describes new approaches to organizing the promotion of these services in the context of advancing neural network solutions and the characteristics of modern business models. The study presents the results of an analysis of marketing communications practices in the digital environment, based on research by the company Magna, and their potential implications for the tourism services market. The globalization of neural network technologies has precipitated a fundamental shift in digital communication, manifested in the redistribution of internet traffic from traditional content platforms to virtual assistants powered by artificial intelligence. In response to this shift, a new business model – textocracy – is emerging, which involves the creation of expert content for integration into the digital environment governed by neural network algorithms. This model is considered a strategically viable solution for maintaining the competitiveness of online tourism resources in an era dominated by artificial intelligence.
