Semantic domain of the concept образование, bildung, education in the Russian, German and English languages (based on thesauruses)

The article is concerned with the comparative analysis of semantic domain of the concept related to the words Образование/ Bildung/ Education, represented in Russian, German and English thesauruses. The study reveals both general semantics and cultural meanings important for understanding and interpretation of education phenomenon in the era of globalization.
