Reduction of the negative consequences of monoponia in the labor market

The article discusses the negative phenomenon of the Russian economy - monopsony in the labor market. Stakeholders are shown in the creation and maintenance of a monopsony on the labor market, for which in the end monopsony also brings negative consequences. A number of measures are proposed, both at the state level and at the level of each individual employee, capable of leveling the consequences of monopsony, which should lead to a reasonable reduction of excessive competition between workers.
