The article presents the results of assessing the degree of influence of the microorganisms Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus lactis, Propionibacterium freudenreichii and Bacillus subtilis on the general toxicity of feed. For research, fodder granules were prepared from benign compound feed and fungal mass based on wheat grain containing metabolites of micromycetes strains Fusarium sporotrichioides, Fusarium oxysporum, Aspergillus flavus/ Biotesting of samples of manufactured granulated feed and treated with suspensions of microorganisms was performed by extracting various fractions of toxic substances from them with acetone, followed by the effect of these extracts on Stylonychia, rabbits (skin test) and mice. A study of the effectiveness of selected microorganisms in reducing feed toxicity during prolonged feeding was carried out on white rats, the results were evaluated by analysis of integral and clinical and hematological parameters. It was found that the strains have the ability to detoxify toxic metabolites of microscopic fungi and can potentially be used to improve the benign quality of plant-based feeds.
