Socialization of primary school students in modern Russian society

The study discusses the details of the learning process of primary school students in the context of their socialization. The author considers such aspects as training aids, information perception methods, generated type of thinking, and general learning model of this category of students. The research allows teachers to examine thoroughly primary students’ value development mechanisms and devise techniques to adjust them. The novelty of the study lies in the analysis of socialization from the learning perspective as well as the creation of a list of special learning aspects of children in the transforming social and cultural environment of modern Russia. The paper presents the main results of an empirical study conducted among primary teachers of the Moscow school. The research findings provide opportunities for a more in-depth consideration of the issue under review.
