The article presents the results of theoretical analysis and experimental research of factors of human social activity formation. The main backbone principles which unite knowledge about social activity are highlighted: evolutionary, individual, social priority, social relevance. The presented principles allow extrapolating the public scale knowledge to the level of life of a particular individual. At the same time, the identified patterns of organizing the individual manifestations of social activity help to understand some social phenomena. As a result of the complex experimental research the role of phenotypic traits in the formation of the social component of complex behaviors is substantiated. The possibility of using the level of general non-specific reactivity as a predictor of human social activity is determined. A set of phenotypic traits specific to development of various vectors of social behavior and elements of social destructiveness is identified. Vivid expression of neuro-psychic activity on the background of the maximum values of neuroticism, confers representatives with high level of general non-specific reactivity of the organism by properties of impulsive behavior. Maximum extraversion in combination with mild manifestations of neuroticism and psychological reactivity characterizes representatives with the middle level of the general non-specific reactivity as the most socially active, without the risk of symptoms of affective reactions. The minimum intensity of neuro-psychic reactivity, extraversion and neuroticism shows a lack of prerequisites for impulsive and affective behavior in individuals with a low level of general non-specific reactivity. The total consideration of physiological (the level of general non-specific reactivity of the organism) and psychological (extraversion, neuroticism, accentuation of personality) characteristics allows to predict complex forms of human social behavior with the definition of the subject orientation, level of activity, the severity of the risk of affective reactions.
