Social identity of the astrakhan region population: civil and regional components

The article discusses the features of civil and regional components of the social identity of Astrakhan population. The author presents results of the social study, considers the issues of identity, patriotism, public assessment of the situation in the country and the region. The conclusions concern the structure of self-identity in residents of the Astrakhan region, their patriotic values and orientations, as well as correlation of civil and regional identities.
