The article deals with issues of interdependence and interaction of the human resources and village social infrastructure in modern Russia. The authors consider the basic infrastructural factors that influence on the village human resources quality and offer scientific classification. The peculiarities of the social infrastructure influence on the village human resources formation are analyzed.
