Social infrastructure in the formation of human resources

The labor market is an important element of the national economy, on the conjuncture of which the dynamics of economic growth largely depends. The new nature of social and labor relations creates a number of problems that impede the sustainable development of the labor market, which require comprehensive research. The main purpose of the article is to identify the main problems and trends in the development of the labor market of the Kyrgyz Republic and to study the potential for its development.
