Social policy as the basis of interaction between the organization, the state and society

The role of the business community and individual organizations in achieving the goals of state social policy, mechanisms and practices, factors and results of corporate social policy, its conceptualization and institutionalization are of particular relevance today and require scientific understanding. The article, from the standpoint of a systems approach, offers the author’s interpretation of the concept of social policy of the organization, clarifies its purpose and subjects, reasons for updating in modern conditions, principles and factors of implementation. Based on the analysis of the materials of the library of corporate practices of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the main directions and methods of implementing the social policy of organizations are presented. The benefits of implementing a systemic, balanced social policy of organizations for all participants in the interaction are specified. The necessity of developing a holistic concept of social policy at the level of organizations, based on the consideration of national development goals of Russia, the interests of the industry and organization, and society is substantiated.
