The research was carried out at the national and regional levels to determine the most common Internet practices of young people and identify their Internet preferences. The novelty of the author’s research lies in specifying and deepening the understanding of the essence of the online behavior of the younger generation in the context of its connection with the transformational processes of Russian society, which require social and managerial support.
