Social security and economic stability of the person

The concept of «economic security of the person» is one of complex concepts connected not only with the economic sphere, but also with the sphere of legal regulation of the social sphere. The central places in this complex are the concepts of «social security of a person» and «social protection of a person». A number of factors threats and risks that the economic security of individuals may be affected by, make the study of these concepts relevant. The author concludes that the legal aspects of State activity in this area are important in order to improve the quality and standard of life of the population.
