The article draws attention to the processes of formation of social maturity of enterprises and organizations employees. The causal characteristics of employees social maturity are determined during the period of transformation of social relations, the acquisition of new qualities of organizing the management of various professional and qualification and status groups of employees and the formation of a socio-professional environment for their interaction with each other in solving socially significant tasks. Theoretically and empirically substantiated is the need to take into account the numerous social-role and socio-professional attitudes in the management of enterprises and organizations that determine the social maturity of workers
