Social and economic aspects of education modernization and payment of pedagogical work

In article it is considered the developed social and economic relations in an education sphere and in payment of workers of this branch. Necessity of introduction of branch social standards of payment on the basis of the regenerative consumer budget of the worker, taking into account weight, complexity and specificity of working conditions, and also family loading, on an example of the teacher of the comprehensive school entering labor activity is proved.
