Socio-economic and demographic aspects of suicidal behaviour (case study of the Primorsky krai)

The article analyses socio-economic and demographic aspects of suicides in the context of the region. The author considers the changes of suicidal trends during the period from 1990 to 2014. The paper presents the data on the level of suicide depending on the sex, age and place of residence over time. A comparative analysis of the mortality rates associated with suicide in Russia and in Primorsky Krai is given.
