Developing a culture of high school vocational guidance is one of the important problems of modern education. Statistics in recent years show that the majority of high school graduates do not work in their specialty, indicating that the wrong choice of the youth of his profession at the school. Culture vocational counseling high school student, is a system formed by personality traits, values, aimed at overcoming the difficulties of the upcoming professional self, socialization, adaptation, cultural identity and self-realization in the society includes cogitive-value-motivational-activity, social and communicative components. To effectively improve the level of formation of each of them should be used not only to the development of a modular system, but also to social and pedagogical support. The article discusses the direction of socio-educational support and especially in the implementation of each module (professional information, professional diagnosis, professional consulting, professional adaptation and professional selection).
