Social and legal partnership of police and human rights movements in the field of law enforcement

The article describes the human rights movements focused on law and order activities: youth movements “StopHam”, “I Park as I want”, “Common sense”. Examples of social and legal partnership of such movements with the police in the form of direct preventive activities of human rights associations and in the form of informal Association assistance (assistance) to law enforcement agencies in the field of crime prevention are given. The Russian example of direct prevention by police officers and other persons of possible offenses from football fans is also given.
