The socio-psychological nature of conflicts in intragroup relations: a systemic approach

The issues raised in the paper relate to the system approach applied. It is assumed that the analysis of the phenomena under study is carried out using this approach, which allows for a certain number of interacting components, creating conditions for establishing the composition and structure of the system, forming its fragments and sections. It is assumed that the analysis of the studied phenomena is carried out through a systematic approach. The system assumes a limited number of interacting elements, as well as the ability for estab-lishing the composition and structure of the system, forming its fragments and sections. Defining the main points of interaction between them is the purpose of this approach. The principle of systematicity made it possible to identify the functions of the system being assessed and helped to find general patterns and directions in its development. Conflict as one of the vectors of intragroup dynamics is mainly destabilizing, with little positive interaction in the group. Intra-group conflict can be viewed exclusively from the standpoint of a systems approach. The result is a theoretical underpinning of the research problem and the use of a systemic approach to dealing with conflict situations in intragroup relations.
