Social psychological conditions of the cadet’s social activeness development in professional training

The article explains social psychological conditions for development of social activeness of the MIA cadets basing on the results of the empirical research. The researchers outline the fundamental directions of developing the cadets’ social activeness during their professional training: development of appropriate personality traits, creation of value-oriented unity of cadets’ groups and of conditions for successful person’s self-actualization and leadership powers.
