The subject of the article is the development of methodological support for the creation of socio-psychological mechanism of formation of the strategy of innovative leadership of the organization, the object of the article is the innovative leadership of the organization, the aim of the article is to form the methodological foundations of the socio-psychological mechanism of the formation of the strategy of innovative leadership of the firm, to achieve this goal in the article such tasks: research of external and internal conditions of the formation of the strategy of innovative leadership of the firm, research and refinement of the concept and components of social management of innovative leadership of the organization; development of methodological foundations of social and psychological mechanism of formation of the strategy of innovative leadership of the organization; the study of socio-psychological formation mechanism of innovative leadership of the company (organization), described in the article and expanded the types of innovative leadership and behavior at the level of firms and individuals, identified methodological regulations of application of social psychological methods and instruments of formation of the innovative leadership and innovative behavior of employees, a method for developing socio-psychological mechanism of innovative leadership and the activities of innovation-active teams.
