The specific features of the concept of the use of competence in foreign and domestic research. The results of the implementation of training and personal development of perceptual competence of managers of sales. Presented significant differences of the structural components of personal and perceptive competencies in the control and experimental group (before and after training). Revealed changes in the structural components of the personal and perceptual expertise on test scales: nervous and mental stability, contact, creativity, self-esteem, sensitivity, motivation for success.
