Socio-psychological maintenance of solving problems of violence in education

Introduction. Consideration of the problems of prevention and correction of mass and individual violence in education is inseparably connected with the analysis of psychological and pedagogical destruction and other violations in the formation and development of subjects of education and their relationships, practices and approaches to their correction and prevention. The main part of destructive transformations is related to violations of the values and meanings that regulate the activities and relationships of people and educational organizations, the other part is associated with violations and conflicts of relations between subjects of education. Both types of violations can be successfully overcome within the framework of targeted socio-psychological maintenance of the educational process - systematic work of school or university psychologists aimed at harmonizing and clarifying the relationships between subjects of education. The aim is to analyze psychological and pedagogical problems of prevention and correction of individual and mass violence in education in the context of socio-psychological maintenance of the educational process. Results and Discussion. Modern educational relations are undergoing active transformation both from outside and from within the educational system. Some of the transformations and educational reforms that set them have the character of pseudo-innovations: the values and goals that guide the reforms come into conflict with the values and goals of education destroying it and its subjects. This requires special attention to the changes that are planned and implemented in educational relations, in the educational activities of schoolchildren, students and trainees and in the professional activities of teachers and other specialists in the education system. This also requires a systematic organization of socio-psychological support of the academic process, aimed at developing a psychological culture of educational relations, enabling the subjects to understand, explore and make decisions about the innovations that are offered to education. Otherwise, there is an increase in violations, including deviations and psychopathization of individual participants and (or) groups of participants in educational relations.
