The paper dwells upon the age issue of the labor market in the context of a changing economic structure. The diversity and ambiguity of the phenomenon of age is analyzed as a multifactorial concept with a whole complex of endogenous and exogenous characteristics. A theoretical model of social and psychological aging of personnel of modern enterprises as an interactive process is proposed. The model is based on the theory of social action of T. Parsons, which reveals the systemic determination of aging at the levels of culture, organizational culture, personality and organism as a social action. In view of the fact that the aging process is an interactive process, it has been shown that it can be considered as a social phenomenon and as a social action. This approach allows the author to analyze this phenomenon and its determination at the level of the culture of society, social contexts, personality and organism. The indicated levels of regulation of social action in conditions of the objective necessity of innovative organizational development are characterized by a number of contradictions at each of the levels of determination of social action, which predetermines the socio-psychological aging of personnel. The values of traditional culture clash with the values of organizational development at the cultural level. Organizational culture can rightly conflict with the requirements of corporate culture at the organizational level. At the same time, the discrepancy between individual and corporate values is fixed at the level of the individual, and the contradiction between a number of properties of the employee's subjective well-being and corporate requirements is at the psychophysiological level (the level of the organism). In the presented model of social and psychological aging, the special role of organizational culture as an organizational phenomenon, the social and psychological context of labor activity and a systemic method of personnel management is indicated. Conclusions are drawn about the validity of the presented model of socio-psychological aging in relation to uneven-aged female and male personnel of innovative and ordinary manufacturing and medical enterprises based on the results of empirical research.
