Social services for the population: modern aspects of legal regulation

Considered by the constitutional principles of social state of the Russian Federation in the context of the rules of article 7 of the Constitution and tasks of the social nature of the Russian state. The content of social services is disclosed in terms of the provisions of the Federal law of December 28, 2013. №442-FL. The article analyzes the transformation of the legislation of the Russian Federation in terms of the previously existing Federal laws №195-FL of December 10, 1995 and №122-FL of August 2, 1995. Some changes that have appeared as a result of the adoption of the regulatory act №442-FL of December 28, 2013, regulating the functioning of the Institute of social services in the Russian Federation are presented.
