Social partnership of the family and teachers in the formation of family values

The necessity of social partnership of a family and teachers in the process of formation of family values in a foster family was rationalized in the article. The conceptual ideas of modern theory and practice of family education were defined. The concepts of “value”, “value orientations”, “family values”, “foster family” were analyzed. The features of the concept of “value” was singled out. The authors' interpretation of family values was presented. A special role in the formation of values is assigned to the family that is the main keeper of cultural patterns, the basic institution of society and the microfactor of socialization. Specific features of the foster family and its role in the upbringing and socialization of the child's personality were determined. The pedagogical conditions for establishing partnership relations between teachers and foster family members were defined. The necessity to improve the organizational and methodological basis of the foster family education system was pointed out. The most effective forms and methods of forming family values in a foster family and the ways of forming a value attitude to the family and family values were singled out. At the same time, the authors pay special attention to the project activities aimed at the formation of family values. The mechanisms of social partnership were proposed.
