The article is devoted to the problem of transformation of labor protection management mechanisms and the organization of social partnership in this area in the context of a large-scale revision of regulatory legal acts. The analysis of the role of social partnership in assessing the potential hazards of industrial activity and ensuring the safety of employees is carried out.
