Social Partnership in the Technological Organization of the Pedagogical Class’s Activities

The study actualizes the problem of social partnership, which is considered in the context of the activities of the pedagogical class and the technologies of its organization. The theoretical essence of the phenomenon is considered from the standpoint of modern scientifi c views, in which “social partnership” is revealed through the characteristics: “joint activity”, “system of cooperation”, “form and type of inter action”, “structural organizational form”. The interdisciplinary etymology of the term “social partnership” is emphasized, which is most clearly manifested in the fi eld of education in connection with politics, economy, culture, and other social structures. The attention is focused on the technological aspect of social partnership, which is projected onto the technological organization of the pedagogical class. The technological organization of the pedagogical class’s activity in the context of social partnership is represented by a three-component structure, including: technologies of organizing the educational process; technologies of organizing social and pedagogical interaction of educational subjects; technologies of organizing social educational and activity areas. The subjects of social partnership in the technological organization of the activities of the pedagogical class are: the learning community (high school students), the professional pedagogical community, the non-professional interested community. The article summarizes the successful practices of social partnership with parents of gifted parents studying at the Open School in the following areas: parental education; parenting mentoring; parental expertise; parental creativity.
