The article deals with the problem of social partnership “university - employer” in the process of improving the quality of training managers of social and cultural activity. The authors examine the social partnership as a special type of joint activity that allows you to build an open variable education, ensures the interaction between subjects on a voluntary and mutually beneficial basis. The article emphasizes that the realization of this potential requires the development and introduction of the complex mechanisms that ensure the integration of the respective institutions. As conclusions, proposed social partnership system, including the shape and the main components of social partnership of the university and the employer, such as regulatory, motivational and effective diagnostic project components.
