Social entrepreneurship: capacity and support measures

The article deals with the concept and purpose, the main criteria for the functioning of social entrepreneurship, which in modern conditions is considered as one of the directions of increasing civil activity of the population of the country, as a means of solving the accumulated social problems. The problems of development and support of social entrepreneurship in Russia are reflected, among which the main is the lack of legislative basis for its functioning and support. Recommendations for their solution are given.
