Social projecting of leaders’ professional qualities (on the example of the Buryat Republic social institutions)

In the article we analyzed and identified the main professional qualities and work style of a leader, contributing to the success of his work. The criteria of evaluation the effective management in organization, the system of formal and informal relations of a leader, his professional duties, the importance of leadership, and requirements to a leader were characterized. Based on the levels of professional competence development and the abilities of a leader we concluded that the specificity of professional qualities had been depended not only on the form of his professional activity, but also on the style of management. We high lighted the qualities that should be projected to a modern leader first of all: competence, stress resistance, diplomacy, sense of purpose, selfperfection. The features of female and male leadership style in social institutions of the Buryat Republic were investigated.
