Social management of innovations in sphere of the professional education (case study of Evsevyev Mordvia State Pedagogical Institute)

The authors consider the issue of the professional education modernization. The article presents the results of the sociological research on the social management of innovations in Evsevyev Mordovia State Pedagogical Institute. The evolution of innovational potential of each person through expansion of innovation education elements becomes the key to develop the enterprise, region and country. Innovation thinking as a key feature of the economy and formation is perceived as a base element of converting the knowledge in well-being, and the information in a final product. The study of the efficiency of the innovation activity in Mordovian State Pedagogical Institute have shown the following results: the formedness of the system innovation structures, new managerial system, and mobile groups ready for accomplishing practical tasks.
