Social health as a factor in the development of human potential

N the process of industrial development of the country, attention is increasingly drawn to the development of human potential, social health of participants in activities at enterprises and organizations. The article reveals the essence and indicators of social health, reflecting the possibility of using human potential in solving socially significant problems. A conceptual assumption is made about taking into account the factors determining human social health in the development strategy of enterprises and organizations: the influence of social health on the development of human potential of participants in the labor and management process is empirically proven.
