Social and cultural factors of the environment influencing the training process of graduates at a higher learning institution of culture

The article characterizes the main factors of the environment that may have a great importance in training graduates at a higher educational institution of culture. These factors include: socio-political, cultural, stratificational and economic factors; territorial, ethno-cultural factors; internal factors mediating the level and quality of the educational process at the higher educational institution and the teacher's personality; a group of factors responsible for learning motivation. The latter is formed on the basis of individual and personal characteristics of students - giftedness, horizons, interests and values. As it is indicated, all these factors in their combination form the uniqueness of the educational process in which the students are involved in such a specific institute as a higher learning institution of culture.
