Social and psychological aspects of lecturers’ image at a research-intensive university

The article deals with a lecturer’s image characteristics at a research-intensive university. Close attention is paid to the interrelation of image and socio-psychological feeling, belonging of research or academic components of his/her activities to strategic priorities of the university’s development and its successful self-representation.
