The article considers various existing interpretations of the notion "social effect" in economic sciences and humanities, the notions of "innovative education" and social effects of innovative education as the possibility of creating the new social practices within the experiment - the organization of Project-network Institute of innovative education (PNIIE), the subject of which is growing a new generation of Russian citizens as subjects of their own activities and their own education. The article shows that the real educational innovations appear within the existing educational system, but they are practices that meets the requirements of innovative development of modern education. Social effects of the activities of educational organisations participating in the activities of Federal innovation platform PNIIE focused on the development of man as the main goal and the main conditions for social progress.
