Social benefits and guarantees for disabled people in the Russian Federation

This article discusses social benefits and guarantees provided to people with disabilities in the Russian Federation. Also, the article gives a full definition of the concept of “disabled” and reveals the features of their life and health in general. In addition, it is considered in what legal sources guarantees and benefits are established, provided to people with disabilities. During the analysis of legal sources and life situations, the most significant problems of people with disabilities today will be identified, which can significantly complicate the existence of people with special needs. Next, such problems of people with disabilities as employment and education will be discussed in detail, after which examples of solving situations will be given that will make life easier for people with disabilities and will increase the level of their quality of life in society and the state.
