Social parameters of using artificial intelligence for HR management

This article analyzes the social parameters of the usage of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of HR management, in particular, for the assessment of candidates for employment, adaptation of newcomers, training and assessment of employees' competences in the course of their labor activity. Digital methods used in recruiting and personnel assessment are considered, the advantages of using artificial intelligence technologies aimed at the comprehensive development of human resources are described. It is based on a review of scientific research in Russia and abroad, practical implementation of AI in Russian IT companies, and contains conclusions about the positive and negative results of implementing AI in the human resources system. The social parameters of the digital technology usage for managing the sustainable development of human resources were determined. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that AI has both positive and negative effects on the labor market, and therefore before its implementation it is necessary to determine the possible social consequences of its introduction into the work of the company.
