Social risks of young people leaving the working profession

The paper presents the results of the author’s sociological research, which was conducted in September-December 2019 with a sample size of 1 500 respondents. The object of the study was working youth. The results of the study demonstrate the work experience of the respondents in the working profession, the difficulties that young professionals faced when searching for work, and reveal the motives for choosing a work specialty by young people. Three-point evaluation system to measure satisfaction by such parties of labour activity as working schedule, socio-psychological climate in the team, workplace satisfaction, maintenance activities and equipment, social guarantees, the prestige of working professions and income. Plans and reasons for changing the working profession in the future are demonstrated, and a comparative analysis of the measures that should be taken to improve the working conditions of young professionals in working professions and which they have received in practice is conducted.
