The social phenomenon of leadership in the innovative development of social relations

Бесплатный доступ

In today's context, the phenomenon of leadership's social, sociocultural, and innovative aspects are not always fully understood. It ignores the circumstances under which leadership within an enterprise team can be situational and harmful, creating the preconditions for adherence to established leadership positions, which can lead to a syndrome of inflated self-esteem on the part of the leader and, as a consequence, a detached view of social development processes. In this regard, the article substantiates the need to orient leadership toward the enterprise's operational environment and its place within this environment; to changes in information and digital support for the activities of the enterprise and its structural units; adaptation to social management technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence; and the ability to «grow» human potential with a focus on future models of social development.
