This article deals with the features of sociocognitive modelling of English banking discourse, its leading specific characteristics focusing on how contextual models are constituted through discourse. Special attention is paid to the nexus of intersection of institutional sets, banking issues, and national cultures, enacted routines and ways they shape frames.
