Sociocultural aspect of information security: "Trash art" as a tool of social reality

This article deals with information security, which is the most significant priority, maintained in the National Security Strategy of the country. The authors view both the relevance of this phenomenon, its sociocultural aspect and modern art as the most significant tool for social reality formation. Special attention is paid to «trash art» (junk art). This research area is noted to be of great current interest.
