Socio-cultural of the increase of the availability level of the educational material for the cadets of far foreign countries in Russian military higher education establishments

This article analyzes the socio-cultural aspect of the availability of educational material in the process of training foreign cadets in Russian military high schools. The main ways of increasing the level of accessibility are disclosed, and recommendations are given for optimizing the training of foreign cadets in Russian military universities.
