The article presents results of sociologic questioning of 1733 persons aged to 30 years concerning forming sexual interrelations, preservation of reproductive functions and reproductive plans. It is concluded that to preserve reproductive potential in young people it's necessary to improve system of children and teen-agers health protection, preservation of reproductive health using new methods and technologies with the participation of medical stuff and mass media.
