The development of digital technologies is fundamentally changing organizational structures, management practices, and social relations in modern society. Artificial intelligence (AI) and related technologies (cloud storage, software solutions, robotics, digital equipment) are becoming not only automation tools, but also factors in the transformation of management culture, norms, and values in organizations. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the use of AI and related digital solutions requires managers to reconsider traditional approaches to labor organization, communication, decision-making, and control. Scientific literature increasingly emphasizes that the introduction of AI changes not only technical processes, but also the socio-cultural context of the functioning of organizations. This article attempts to sociologically analyze the impact of AI on management practices in organizations based on both theoretical understanding and analysis of empirical data from open sources. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between various technologies and their impact on management decisions.
